Friendship Connects

We fondly refer to ourselves as the Raj Luxflair Family. And that's exactly what it means. Between us and our Indian incense manufacturer, there is more than just a mere business relationship. For me, they are like a real family - just far away. Great mutual trust, openness, and many shared experiences define our friendship.
This summer, we received the joyful news - along with an invitation to Sanchet's wedding. He is the son of one of the managing directors, and we have known each other for several years. For us, it was clear that it was both a great honour to attend these multi-day ceremonies. On the other hand, we wanted to show our friends respect and embarked on an 8,000 km journey to India solely for the wedding.
Upon arriving in India, it was a great joy to greet everyone again. We are not only in contact with the managing directors but also with the workers. While the language exchange is not always easy, we manage with heart, hands, and feet. I am always particularly delighted and impressed by how warmly we are welcomed - beyond any caste.
Below are some impressions of the various days and clothing styles. One day is more characterised by classic, formal attire, others in traditional Kurta look. And of course, not forgetting the Indian way of eating :-)
There would be so much more to report. Where to begin? Where to end?
Warm regards,
