We source our incense sticks not through wholesale channels, but directly from local manufacturers in India. This allows us to achieve excellent purchasing conditions, which we pass directly on to our customers.

Luxflair always explores new, interesting, and often unconventional paths in trade relations and product development. We work closely with our local partners in India, value direct contact with them, discuss product development possibilities extensively, and approach all our projects with great passion and commitment.

Due to our strong trade relationships with our partners and large sales volumes, all our incense sticks are manufactured directly and exclusively for us. This also enables us to have direct influence on packaging design. For example, our customers receive packaging with fragrance type descriptions printed in German.

Just as important as financial success for manufacturers and sellers is our personal contact with our Indian partner businesses and our high appreciation for their work and delivered quality. To strengthen trade relationships, we visit India several times a year, exchange ideas with managers and workers, and suggest improvements. Over the years, this has developed into a friendly relationship with many people at production sites, which can almost be described as familial. Joint celebrations in private and professional settings are a clear sign that collaboration is highly valued on both sides.
