Joint Development of Incense Sticks

In December, one of the managing directors from our Indian incense stick manufactory visited us. In keeping with the Christmas spirit, we warmly welcomed him. We then briefly coordinated the five-day stay and all associated procedural details. Our primary agenda focused on discussing and developing new incense stick varieties and designing innovative, biocide-free anti-mosquito spirals with long burning duration.

Product Development, Logistics & Christmas Market

While product development was the focal point of the event, we place great importance on maintaining an excellent working climate to consistently achieve optimal performance. For this reason, we enjoy spending quality time together, especially considering our Indian friend had travelled over 7,000 kilometres. During his familiarisation with our locations, employees, and logistics, he gained additional insights into our company. In the following days, we visited the logistics centre in Nuremberg belonging to our partner company Dachser Group SE & Co. KG and received fascinating insights. Naturally, we also took the opportunity to visit the Nuremberg Christmas Market and shop at Schmidt Lebkuchen.

Friendship & Business

During the 5 days here in Germany, we not only handled business matters but also focused on numerous personal activities. We successfully initiated the development of new incense stick varieties and innovative, biocide-free anti-mosquito spirals. Upon bidding farewell to our partner, one thing was clear: both parties would meet again in a few months during the annual business trip to India in 2018.
