Item damaged?
We are very sorry that you did not receive your item in perfect condition. Please send us a short photo of the damage to info@luxflair.de and we will take care of a quick and uncomplicated replacement delivery after checking.

The quality does not meet your expectations?
All our items are handpicked and go through a multitude of selection criteria before we even include them in our range. But as individual as we all are, so are our expectations. However, customer service and satisfaction are very important to us. Just contact us and we will find the right solution for you.

Item not found?
You can return the item to us at any time without giving reasons within 30 days. Please ensure - irrespective of the order value - that there is sufficient postage.

In the case of a (partial) return, we will briefly check the contents after receiving your delivery and then send you the refund amount in the same way as the original payment.
